By accessing or using PlayedThere ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of any content you post (photos, reviews, scores, etc.). By posting, you grant PlayedThere a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
You may not use the App to: (a) impersonate another person; (b) send spam or unsolicited communications; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (d) interfere with the proper working of the App; or (e) use the App for any illegal purpose.
The App, its design, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by PlayedThere. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayedThere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
